18 “Behold My servant Whom I chose, My Beloved in Whom My soul was[a] well-pleased: I will put My Spirit upon Him, and He will announce[b] justice to the Gentiles. 19 He will not quarrel, nor shout, nor will anyone hear His voice in the wide-roads. 20 He will not break a reed having been bruised, and He will not quench a smoldering wick, until He leads-out[c] justice[d] to victory.
